Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 15 days of delivery if the product is:

Damaged or defective

Not as described or specified

Received in error
Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@buildchemart.com with your order number, product details, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable). We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
3. Return Shipping

BCM covers return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

For buyer’s remorse or change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping.
4. Inspecting Returns & Refunds
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of refund approval.

Approved refunds: Processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds: Contact your payment provider and then reach out to us if still unresolved.

Shipping charges (both outbound and return) are non‑refundable unless the return is BCM’s mistake.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different product, please place a new order and return the original.
6. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or partially used products

Custom-made or specially ordered items

Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty)
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Post-dispatch cancellations are treated as returns and are subject to this policy.
