Optional analytics records IP address, browser, device, referring page, campaign, pages viewed and active time after consent. Country may be available from trusted hosting headers. City and state are not inferred unless a verified geolocation provider is configured. Precise coordinates are requested only if you separately click the location-sharing button and approve the browser prompt. Email is not inferred from browsing; it is supplied voluntarily through enquiry forms.

Analytics records are intended to be retained for no longer than 90 days. Contact BCM to request access or deletion of identifiable visitor data. Revoking consent stops future tracking; it does not automatically erase prior records. Marketing contact preferences are recorded separately, and visitors can request withdrawal or deletion by contacting BCM. No marketing email or WhatsApp messages are sent without channel-specific consent.
